Attorney Bernstein practices almost exclusively in the area of criminal defense law and has been a trial lawyer throughout the State of New Hampshire and in the U.S. District Court in Concord, New Hampshire. Attorney Mello is a retired police captain where he enjoyed a 20 year career with the Hudson Police Department. Attorney Mello was a prosecutor in the legal department for several years and is now using his skills to represent those accused of crimes. Similarly, Attorney Bartis worked with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for seven years where he learned the inner workings of law enforcement and can now apply those skills to those accused of crimes.
